This council is comprised of members appointed by the Governor for the State of Oregon to advise on all matters pertaining to the advancement and deployment of broadband in the State of Oregon.

The OUSF Board is an elected position and advises the OUSF Administrator on all things pertaining to the OUS Funds.

Having founded this group with the collaborated efforts from Chiloquin City Council the main purpose is to bring digital equity to all of Chiloquin and surrounding areas.

Working in cooperation with the Chiloquin Broadband Action Team we have now formed a group in partnership with South Central Oregon Economic Development District (SCOEDD) which encompasses Lake and Klamath Counties leadership with a goal to bring high speed internet access to 14 rural communities.

This annual conference is coordinated by a board of volunteers. If you haven’t attended this conference it’s arguably the best on the West Coast.

Originally formed in Lincoln County Oregon this group has grown to include many local leaders and champions for broadband throughout the state.

The Columbia-Pacific Economic Development District, also known as Col-Pac, is a private non-profit organization established to assist in diversifying and strengthening the economy and livability of Northwest Oregon. The District covers all of Clatsop, Columbia, and Tillamook counties and the western part of Washington County.
