Lone Pine Property Management was established after our family moved back to our tribal territory and heard there was a waiting list of more than 100 people in a community of 700 for housing. We learned as houses come on the market they are purchased by developers who converted them to vacation rentals. This creates a ripple effect. With less families living in town, there are less kids in school. Less kids in school means less money for the district. Less money means less classes they can offer to the students. This equates to less opportunity for our future leaders.

To further complicate this problem, properties are in such high demand, the owners are refusing to accept a variety of low income assistance programs due to the extra work involved with the approval process.

In response to these issues we established Lone Pine Property Management LLC to assist in eliminating these barriers to housing for our most vulnerable community members. We offer maintenance services to ensure the houses we manage are clean and habitable, work through the approval processes so that we can accept low income assistance programs, and hold our tenants accountable so the properties are maintained at the highest level for the owners.

We have had happy tenants, happy owners, and beautiful properties for 15 years now.
