Our Housing Projects

We can’t wait for a HERO to come in and fix our housing crisis. It’s going to take people like us “putting their money where their mouth is” to make change. We go through cycles of saving money and then spending it on abandoned houses. We don’t use outside investors or loans, these projects are funding by our personal savings. It takes a long time to recover our initial investment but we keep our nose to the grindstone and do it all over again for the next house. We’re not looking for a quick fix. We’re looking to improve the lives of families, bring money into our schools, and provide safe housing for our community- all without cutting corners. We don’t believe in excuses, we believe in action. One small step at a time will lead to great accomplishments as long as we keep moving forward.
